Taldi is preparing for its iPhone App Store launch. Individual monthly and annual plans will include the core shift tools, Taldi AI and in-app voice conversations.
14 days to try Taldi
Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day introductory trial. After the trial, the monthly plan is $9.99 USD per month or the annual plan is $99.99 USD per year. Your local App Store displays the final price, taxes and eligibility before you confirm.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge. You can manage your subscription with Apple.
AI and voice access
Use Taldi AI for help with drafts, questions and next steps. In-app voice gives you a way to talk through your work. Allowances keep those services sustainable, and your remaining usage and reset date are visible in the app.

Paid allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, rather than on the subscription renewal date. Trial allowances cover the whole trial and do not reset during it. Unused allowances do not accumulate.
What counts toward an allowance?
A successful cloud AI request uses one request. Messages, drafts, summaries and background task reviews can count. A follow-up is another request; failed requests are returned. Optional dictation cleanup and sending the result are separate requests. Recorded voice fallback also uses one AI request per message.
Basic task field detection and saved-contact matching can work locally. In-app voice has a separate minute allowance. Ordinary carrier calls opened from a contact suggestion are outside Taldi’s in-app voice service and use your phone service.
If you reach an AI limit, you can continue using tasks, routines, walks and manual notes while your trial or subscription is active.
After a trial or subscription ends
There is no permanent free tier. Your saved work remains available to read and export. Creating new work and using AI require an active plan.
Planned team access
We are preparing Apple-managed team seats so a manager can pay for employees who each use their own account. Planned pricing is $9.99/month or $99.99/year USD per seat, with Taldi AI and in-app voice access for each paid seat. Each seat will have its own allowance.
Team checkout is not available yet. Availability and team trial eligibility will be confirmed before purchase. Buying seats will not automatically share anyone’s tasks or notes; sharing remains a separate choice.
